If you have not received an e-mail confirming your request by email, please call us to request a confirmation order request by either emailing us at info@evisionplasma.ca or by calling us at 778-998-9831.

We only charge Canadian Residents 5% GST and if you reside in British Columbia, we must charge and additional 7% PST.

Please note that anything purchased outside of British Columbia is also subject to PST. You are responsible for providing your provincial government with the appropriate amount of PST according to your purchase.

Shipping

Please open and inspect the Display for physical damage immediately! Have the driver wait. Report all physical damage to the driver, and have them clearly mark the shipping invoice before signing.

***IF DAMAGE IS OBSERVED, PLEASE REFUSE THE DISPLAYS AND HAVE THE DRIVER RETURN THE UNIT IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT US***

We will then send you an instant replacement. We recommend plugging the display in (within 24hrs.), and making sure the unit turns on properly.

CUSTOMERS CAN PICK THE DISPLAYS UP AT THE OFFICE but we will not be responsible for shipping damage of any kind if the unit has been picked up, and driven to your address after signing the shipping waivers invoice. We advise you only let the shipping companies or us to handle delivery to your address.

Our window of opportunity to file a claim with the shipping companies is limited.

VISIBLE SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY. CONCEALED DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. EVISIONPLASMA.CA WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER 24 HOURS.

Orders may be cancelled no later than one business day prior to shipment.

Most accessories, like wall mounts and display stands, are shipped free when purchasing a Plasma or LCD.

If you reside in the Lower Mainland in British Columbia, depending on your area, you may qualify for free door delivery of the Plasma or LCD display.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to maintaining your privacy. EVisionPlasma.ca promises we will never give anyone your personal information without your permission.

Return Policy

All returns of non-faulty goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refund or Exchanges will be given after 14 days. EVisionPlasma.ca will not be held responsible for any returned shipping charges.

All sales are final on special order items which includes, Mounts, Plasma Stands, External Processors, Desk Stands, Extended Warranties, Projector Lamps, Shipping Charges, and Carrying Cases.

***You should keep all packing material while the unit is under warranty***

Defective Merchandise

Prior to returning an item, please contact the manufacturer to confirm that the item is faulty and request an incident number. Please contact info@evisionplasma.ca with your order number, product and description of problem to obtain a RMA number.

Products that are to be returned for replacement will require all original packing and accessories (including all accessories, warranty cards, instructions, boxes and foam). Do not write the RMA # on the box.

All products come with Full Manufacturer's Warranty and some products are only valid in USA. Please verify with EVisionPlasma.ca prior to placing your order.

You are responsible for all the shipping expenses.

Rights

EVisionPlasma.ca shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, EVisionPlasma.ca shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Disclaimer and Limitation Of Liability

EVisionPlasma.ca will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or any other damages relating to this website, or any products, or services offered, sold on the EVisionPlasma.ca website.

EVisionPlasma.ca has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product either no longer available or listed at the incorrect price due to typographical or technical errors.
